Our master blender combines specific olive varieties selected for their light flavours and delicate aromas perfect for creating light tasting extra virgin olive oil.

The main varietal used in our Cobram Estate Light Extra Virgin Olive Oil is Arbequina. This variety originated from Spain, and typically produces light tasting extra virgin olive oil that has a delicate aroma with creamy notes on the palate.
