Introduction
1 By entering this Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to be bound by them.
2 This Promotion is being run by the Promoter.

4 In these Terms and Conditions:
(a) Cobram Estate Harvest Event means the olive harvesting event taking place at Cobram Estate, Boundary Bend, Victoria, Australia, between 4 May 2026 to 8 May 2026.
(b) Cobram Estate Website means the website at https://cobramestate.com.au/.
(c) Draw Date means 1 April 2026.
(d) Entry means an entry submitted in accordance with clause 10 and otherwise in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
(e) Major City Airport means any of:
(i) Coffs Harbour, NSW (CFS);
(ii) Ballina Byron Bay, NSW (BNK);
(iii) Albury, NSW (ABX);
(iv) Armidale, NSW (ARM);
(v) Dubbo, NSW (DBO);
(vi) Griffith, NSW (GFF);
(vii) Orange, NSW (OAG);
(viii) Port Macquarie, NSW (PQQ);
(ix) Tamworth, NSW (TMW);
(x) Brisbane, QLD (BNE);
(xi) Cairns, QLD (CNS);
(xii) Gold Coast, QLD (OOL);
(xiii) Townsville, QLD (TSV);
(xiv) Mackay, QLD (MKY);
(xv) Rockhampton, QLD (ROK);
(xvi) Bundaberg, QLD (BDB);
(xvii) Gladstone, QLD (GLT);
(xviii) Proserpine, QLD (PPP);
(xix) Mount Isa, QLD (ISA);
(xx) Hervey Bay, QLD (HBA);
(xxi) Emerald, QLD (EMD); and
(xxii) Longreach, QLD (LRE).
(f) Non-Excludable Guarantees Liability has the meaning given to it in clause 35.
(g) Notification Date means 6 April 2026.
(h) Prize means a prize described at clause 15.
(i) Promoter means Cobram Estate Pty Ltd (ACN 122 653 785) of Unit 11, 75 Lorimer Street, Southbank, VIC 3006 Australia.
(j) Promotion means the Cobram Estate Harvest Event consumer promotion.
(k) Promotional Period means 00:01am on 1 February 2026 to 11:59pm on 31 March 2026.
(l) All times are AEST or AEDT, as applicable in Victoria, Australia.
Who can enter?
5 Entry is only open to Australian citizens or permanent residents in Victoria, New South Wales or Queensland who are aged eighteen (18) years or over.
6 Employees (including contractor staff) of the Promoter and their immediate families, and any of the Promoter's agencies, suppliers or contractors associated with this Promotion and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter. (Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.)
7 The Promoter reserves the right, but shall not be under any obligation, to verify the validity of any Entry or any information provided by an entrant (including his or her identity, age, residential address and any other information relevant to entry into, or participation in, this Promotion). The Promotor may, in its sole discretion (to be exercised reasonably), disqualify any individual who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in manipulating, interfering or tampering in any way with this Promotion, or has engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of this Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. The Promoter will notify any entrant of their disqualification. You may request further detail regarding your disqualification by contacting the Promoter within 48 hours of notice of disqualification. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation or remedy are expressly and generally reserved.
8 If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
9 The Promotion will run during the Promotional Period.
How to Enter
10 To enter the Promotion, you must submit an Entry by completing the following steps during the Promotional Period:
(a) purchase one bottle of Cobram Estate olive oil of any size and variety from any Coles or Woolworths store, any independent supermarket, or the Cobram Estate website, in Australia;
(b) visit the Cobram Estate Website and follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page;
(c) input the requested details, including your full name and contact details, and an image of your purchase receipt showing the description of the eligible Cobram Estate product purchased and the date of purchase;
(d) sign up to the Cobram Estate mailing list; and
(e) submit the fully completed online entry form.
11 Only one (1) Entry is permitted per person.
12 Only one (1) Entry is permitted per eligible Cobram Estate product purchased. Entrants must retain a clearly legible copy of their purchase receipt for the Entry as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for the Entry when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of the entrant's Entry and forfeiture of any right to the Prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase, products purchased and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to Entry.
13 Entries must be received before the end of the Promotional Period. Entries are deemed to be made at the time of receipt by the Promoter, not the time of transmission by the Entrant. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any Entries not received for any reason (whether or not due to any negligence by the Promoter), including without limitation any technical errors, misdirection or misspellings.
14 Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible Entries will be deemed invalid.
Prizes and Draw
15 There will be eight (8) prizes to be won across Australia during the Promotional Period. The total prize pool value is a maximum of AUD$40,000.
16 Each Prize includes, for each winner and one companion aged 18 years or over chosen by the winner:
(a) if the winner does not reside in metropolitan Sydney or Melbourne:
(i) return commercial economy airfares from the closest Major City Airport to the winner's Australian residential address to either Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport or Melbourne Tullamarine Airport (as nominated by the Promoter at its sole discretion) including all airline and airport taxes;
(ii) accommodation for two nights, twin share, at a four-star minimum hotel in metropolitan Sydney or Melbourne (as nominated by the Promoter at its sole discretion), if considered by the Promoter to be necessary for the winner to meet the scheduled time of the return private plane transfers referred to in paragraph (b) below; and
(iii) a $500 Visa gift card (to cover eg food and ground transfers between Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport and Bankstown Airport or between Melbourne Tullamarine Airport and Essendon Airport); and
(b) return private plane transfers from Bankstown Airport or Essendon Airport (as nominated by the Promoter at its sole discretion) to the Promoter's premises at Boundary Bend, Victoria, Australia, including all airport taxes; and
(c) a morning tea, a bus tour and a lunch, at the Promoter's premises at Boundary Bend, Victoria, Australia.
to take place on dates to be nominated by the Promoter at its sole discretion between 4 May 2026 and 8 May 2026, valued at a maximum of AUD$5,000.
17 Any other costs associated with claiming a Prize which are not specified in clause 16, such as ground transfers between the winner's Australian residential address and either the Major City Airport closest to the winner's Australian residential address, or Bankstown Airport or Essendon Airport, are the responsibility of the winner and under no circumstances whatsoever may a claim be brought against the Promoter for any such costs (whether as damages, loss, expense or otherwise).
18 If a Prize (or part of a Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion and acting reasonably, reserves the full right to substitute a Prize (or that part of a Prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
19 A draw will take place on the Draw Date at Unit 11, 75 Lorimer Street, Southbank, VIC 3006 Australia.
20 The Promoter may draw additional reserve Entries and record them in order in case an invalid Entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
21 On the Draw Date, the winners will be randomly drawn by an approved electronic draw process from all Entries received during the Promotion Period. The first eight (8) valid Entries drawn will each win a Prize.
22 The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
23 The Promoter will notify the winners in writing by the Notification Date. Winners must contact the Promoter within 7 calendar days of the day that the notification was issued by the Promoter, and follow the instructions set out in the notification. The winners must confirm whether he or she accepts the Prize within 7 calendar days of being notified that he or she is a winner, or else he or she will be taken to have forfeited his or her right to the Prize.
24 The winners' names will be published online at the Cobram Estate Website within 30 days of the Draw Date and will remain published for a minimum of 28 days.
25 The Promotor will make all reasonable attempts to identify and contact the winners.
26 In the event that a Prize winner cannot be identified or contacted by 9am on 9 April 2026, despite all reasonable attempts to do so by the Promoter, or a Prize is unclaimed by that time for any other reason whatsoever (including because a winner has forfeited his or her right to a Prize, a winner or the winning entry does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, or otherwise), the Promoter may dispose of the Prize (or that part of the Prize) as it sees fit (subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority).
27 A Prize cannot be resold (at a premium or otherwise) or advertised or offered for resale on the Internet or any other medium.
28 A Prize, or any unused portion of a Prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified. All taxes that may be payable as a consequence of receiving a Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
29 Each winner travels at their own risk.
30 The winner of a Prize must immediately provide a copy of these Terms and Conditions to his or her chosen companion. By agreeing to participate in the Prize, each companion agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in the same manner, and to the same extent, as the winner.
31 It is a condition of accepting a Prize, that each winner and their companion must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or Prize suppliers, acting reasonably, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form. The winner will take responsibility for all breaches, acts and omissions of his/her companion which shall be deemed as the winner's breach, act or omission (as the case may be). If the winner does not agree to the terms of the legal release, then that winner will forfeit their Prize and the Promoter will not provide any alternative (including cash) for that Prize.
General
32 To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), the Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion acting reasonably) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion or any Prize if the Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to:
(a) technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic or any other kind of disaster (including severe weather events); or
(b) written directions from a regulatory authority.
33 Any cost associated with accessing the Cobram Estate Website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
34 The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Promotion and its Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason, and will notify entrants of any such amendments as soon as reasonably practicable. If the Promoter amends these Terms and Conditions in a way that has a material adverse impact on an entrant, up to and including on the end date of the Promotional Period, the entrant may withdraw their Entry.
35 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Australian Consumer Law, as well as any other implied warranties under the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001 (Cth) or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (Non‑Excludable Guarantees Liability).
36 Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded (such as the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law and the Non‑Excludable Guarantees Liability), the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including:
(a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
(b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(c) any Entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
(d) any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
(e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or an entrant; or
(f) use and/or redemption of a Prize.
This limitation does not apply where the liability arises due to the gross negligence, fraud, criminal conduct or wilful misconduct of the Promoter or its affiliates.
37 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) will not be responsible for any acts of God, acts of terrorism or war (declared or undeclared), state of emergency, disaster, technical failures, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, computer viruses or other events beyond the control of the Promoter which affect the proper conduct or administration of this Promotion, or prevent the awarding of a Prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. If such an event occurs, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
38 As a condition of participating in the Promotion, all entrants (whether or not a winner) will indemnify the Promoter, all organisers, sponsors and all other persons and organisations associated in any way with this Promotion and its affiliates against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including costs on a solicitor-client basis) which the Promoter and its affiliates may incur arising out of their participation in the Promotion or (if applicable) the Prize, by the entrant, any breach of these Terms and Conditions, or any wrongful or illegal act or omission in the Promotion and/or course of participating in the Prize, except to the extent that any such claims, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses (including costs on a solicitor-client basis) arise due to the gross negligence, fraud, criminal conduct or wilful misconduct of the Promoter or its affiliates.
39 The Promoter will collect, hold, use, disclose and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://cobramestate.com.au/policies/privacy-policy, or as otherwise permitted at law. The Promoter's Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out of marketing communications, how entrants may access, update or correct their personal information, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian privacy laws and how those complaints will be dealt with. The Promoter will not disclose the entrant’s personal information to any entity outside of Australia. Entry is conditional on the entrant providing their personal information as required by these Terms and Conditions and if entrants do not provide their personal information they will not be eligible to enter this Promotion.
40 The laws of Victoria, Australia apply to this Promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
