Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- fresh sourdough
- Cobram Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Lime
- 1/2 red onion
- Fetta (optional)
Method
- Mash avocado and add chopped red onion and a drizzle of lime
- Prepare sourdough toast
- Serve avocado on top of toast and drizzle with Cobram Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil. For extra delicious flavour add fetta or goats cheese
