Ingredients:
- ½ a wombok cabbage, cut into 2cm sections
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons of ginger, thinly sliced
- Sea salt
- 1 lemon
- Cobram Estate Garlic & Ginger Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Method:
- Place a heavy based fry pan or wok on high heat and add 4 tablespoons of Cobram Estate Garlic & Ginger Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- Once hot, add the wombok cabbage and season with salt. Cook for 2 minutes and then add the garlic and ginger.
- Toss for a further two minutes and then remove from the heat. Dress with the lemon juice and a generous drizzle of Cobram Estate Garlic & Ginger Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Serve.
