Simple, Easy and Delicious Beef Tacos

Method
1. Peel and dice onion. Add Cobram Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil and garlic
2. Add paprika, cumin and cook for 1-2 minutes
3. Add beef and stir until it has browned
4. Pour in beef stock, cover and cook for 40 minutes or until reduced
Salsa - roughly chop tomatoes, trim and finely slice spring onion, roughly chop coriander leaves. Combine with the lime juice and extra virgin olive oil
Guacamole - mash and add lime juice and extra virgin olive oil and gently mix.
