Matt Sinclair's 3 Ingredient Pizza Dough

Cooking time


  • Sift the flour into a mixing bowl and add yogurt, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and salt.
  • Using a dough hook, mix for about 4 minutes until the mixture forms a loose dough.
  • Knead lightly to bring the dough together to form a soft, smooth dough.
  • Divide dough into 4 equal sized ball and leave to rest for 10 mins.
  • Take each ball and flip over so the top becomes the base. Using your fingers press the ball lightly and stretch out to form a 6 inch circle.
  • Place onto a very lightly floured pizza tray and top with sauce and any topping you wish
  • Place in a hot over at 250°c and cook for 7-8 mins until golden brown and crispy.

300g Self Raising Flour

200g Greek Yogurt

20ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Pinch of salt
