Matt Sinclair's 3 Ingredient Pizza Dough

Method
- Sift the flour into a mixing bowl and add yogurt, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and salt.
- Using a dough hook, mix for about 4 minutes until the mixture forms a loose dough.
- Knead lightly to bring the dough together to form a soft, smooth dough.
- Divide dough into 4 equal sized ball and leave to rest for 10 mins.
- Take each ball and flip over so the top becomes the base. Using your fingers press the ball lightly and stretch out to form a 6 inch circle.
- Place onto a very lightly floured pizza tray and top with sauce and any topping you wish
- Place in a hot over at 250°c and cook for 7-8 mins until golden brown and crispy.
