Method
1. Combine flour and salt onto a surface, make a well in the centre and add the Extra Virgin Olive Oil and then water.
2. Mix in with a fork and then using your hand form a ball of dough.
3. Shape into a disk and rest in the fridge for an hour before rolling out.

120ml cold water
