Method

1. Place the dates, almonds, cacao and Cobram Estate Light Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a food processor and process until a smooth dough-like paste forms. 

2. Spoon mixture into a small bowl and refrigerate for 20 minutes. 

3. Roll tablespoonfuls of the mixture into balls and roll balls in extra cacao powder. 

4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and serve as a treat or snack.

½ cup (80g) almonds 

¼ cup (25g) raw cacao powder, plus extra for rolling
