Diana Chan's Garlic, Onion & Chilli Noodles

Method

Blanch the fresh egg noodles in a pot of boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl add in the rest of the ingredients together and mix to combine. Toss thoroughly to ensure all the noodles are coated in the sauce.

Garnish with freshly chopped spring onions.

3 tbsp of Cobram Estate’s infused evoo garlic and onion oil

2 tbsp of crispy chilli oil (add more or less according to your palate)

2 tbsp light soy sauce

Spring onions, thinly sliced for garnish
