Method

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Season liberally with salt, add pasta and cook until al dente.
  2. Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a deep frypan. Add in the pepper and toast for about 1 minute.
  3. Add in the pasta and 3 ladles of pasta water. Stir through then add in the grated parmesan. Mix and toss through to coat the pasta. Remove from heat and plate. Served warm with extra freshly grated parmesan

150g dried spaghetti (or any pasta of your choice

3 tbsp Cobram Estate Classic Flavour Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper

1 cup finely grated Parmesan, extra to serve

Salt to taste
