Chocolate Chunk & Chai Cookies

Cooking time


1. Preheat oven to 160C. Line baking trays with baking paper.

2. Whisk eggs, sugar and Cobram Estate Chai Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil together for 1 minute. Fold through combined plain flour, baking powder and chocolate.

3. Spoon tablespoons of cookie mixture into balls. Place on baking tray and press down gently. Repeat with remaining mixture.

4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes on baking trays.

Baking tip: Try adding 50g chopped macadamias and 100g white chocolate to the mixture instead of the dark chocolate.
