Char Grilled Corn Cobbs with Chilli & Coriander

Method

1. Preheat the bbq or char-grill. Brush the corn cobs with 1 tbsp of Chilli & Coriander oil. Grill for 4-5 minutes, turning or until cooked and slightly charred.

2. Cut each cob into 3cm pieces and place on a platter. Drizzle with remaining Chilli & Coriander oil and sprinkle with parmesan and chives to serve.

Alternatively you can steam or microwave the corn until tender and then hold over a gas flame for a minute or so to char the corn a little.

¼ cup (60ml) Cobram Estate Chilli & Coriander Extra Virgin Olive Oil

⅓ cup grated fresh parmesan

½ bunch chives chopped
