TASTING NOTES

Cobram Estate Première is a robust style blend with distinctive dry grass aromas that combine herbs and olive tea notes in the nose with firm levels of bitterness and late pungency. It expresses classic grassy, nutty varietal traits and medium pepper, which defines this balanced and versatile oil.

IDEAL FOR

This versatile oil, it is particularly suited to enhancing the tomato and herb based sauces of traditional Italian pasta dishes. It can also be used for drizzling over salads or roast vegetables.
