Picual olives deliver an exceptionally fragrant, complex and flavoursome oil. Our latest reserve is a perfectly balanced oil, displaying clean crisp notes of green olive fruits, combined with tomato bush and fig leave aromas. Balanced levels of bitterness and spice support these complex flavours.

Aroma

Our Reserve Picual is produced from only the most exceptional fruit. As with all reserve varieties, after pressing, the oil is left to settle, before our expert panel of tasters determine whether it is ‘reserve’ quality.
