Hand selected from specific blocks on our Boundary Bend Olive Groves to ensure the olives are picked at peak ripeness. A vibrant and flavoursome oil, cold pressed within hours to ensure maximum health benefits. This Extra Virgin Olive Oil radiates goodness and freshness and will greatly enhance any dish it is paired with.

The exceptional results of Cobram Estate’s Ultra Premium First Harvest aren't just the product of the last 12 months – It’s the result of decades of work.

This vibrant green oil features aromas of Green Apples, Tomato Vines & Tropical Fruits with a balanced pungency to finish.

This oil is a vibrant bright green, with shades of emerald and lime, promising intense fresh and herbaceous flavours. The aroma is deliciously complex, with fragrances of freshly mown grass, peppermint, citrus, almonds and green mango all combining harmoniously.

And the taste! On the palate the oil is sweet and flavoursome with pleasant bitterness, and firm spiciness that develops over time. The aftertaste is amazingly clean and balanced, leaving your mouth with reminiscnece of fresh green vegetables, green tomatoes and artichoke.

To make this oil we have selected our finest Hojiblanca, Picual and Coratina trees, picked them extra early whilst the fruit is still green, and gently cold pressed the fresh fruit within 4 hours of picking. The result is a truly great Australian extra virgin olive oil.

Like any fresh produce this Extra Virgin Olive Oil is best used within 4 to 6 weeks of opening the bottle.

Hand Selected Olives

With each season comes different weather patterns. We monitor these variations in weather to determine which olive varieties are selected for use in our First Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

These areas of the grove are hand selected to ensure that the olives are picked at peak ripeness.

Fresher is healthier

Due to the quality and freshness, the health benefits are amplified. Every single olive is packed with health giving antioxidants (many of which are unique to olives) that infuse the olive juice as it is pressed. Oleocanthal, Squalene, Vitamin E and many other complex antioxidants are key to Extra Virgin Olive Oil goodness and they decline over time as they sacrifice themselves to protect the oil from oxidation. Therefore, the fresher the olive oil, the better it tastes and the healthier it is.

Enhance your cooking

Drizzle, dip or marinate to enrich and transform your cooking. First Harvest will enhance food flavour and is ideal to pair with seafood, pasta, vegetables, or even the simplest of crusty breads.
