Extra Virgin Olive Oil
This outstanding extra virgin olive oil exudes freshness, with a clean, crisp palate. The intense, complex, vibrant green oil displays aromas of fresh cut grass, green apples, tomato vine and fresh tropical fruits. These flavours linger on the palate, delivering a deeply flavoursome and fruity taste, with medium level bitterness and a late balanced pungency.
As pure as it gets, this is the very first press of the first fruit from our 2017 annual harvest. This delicate blend from Hojiblanca, Picual and Coratina olives creates a signature Australian flavour. Drizzle, dip or marinade to transform simple recipes or enrich your favourite foods with incredible flavour. Best enjoyed within four weeks.
