Our Groves & Mill
We have over 2.4 million trees, across three groves in the Murray River Valley, ensuring an abundant supply of premium Australian extra virgin olive oil for Australia and the world.
At over 3000 hectares, our Boundary Bend olive grove, just down the river from its namesake township, is one of Australia’s largest. Our Boort grove, 120km northwest of Bendigo, is one of the world’s largest single estate groves, home to over one million trees on 3000 hectares.
When it comes to producing a quality extra virgin olive oil, timing is everything. After harvest, our olives are crushed and cold pressed within 4 – 6 hours at our nearby mills to maximise freshness, and retain wonderful aromas and flavours. We use the latest technology to maintain meticulous quality control, strict hygiene standards, stringent temperature checks, and state of the art juicing.
