Chief olive oil maker Leandro Ravetti is the guardian of our meticulous standards – our Chief Perfectionist, if you will. Under his care, a single olive grown under ideal conditions, picked at precisely the right time and cold pressed quickly will retain more antioxidants and produce fresher, healthier olive oil. Get one olive wrong and it can ruin the whole batch. Get every single olive right, and you get one of the world’s most awarded olive oils. Limited Edition extra virgin olive oils are harvested early using a selection of olives picked at optimum ripeness and ultra cold pressed on site within 4 hours of picking.
